We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, and billing information (processed via Stripe).

B) User Content and AI Inputs

We collect the information you input into the Service to power our AI Agents, including product descriptions, target persona details, feature ideas, and uploaded documents.

C) Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Flowbird AI does not store or have access to your full credit card number or CVV. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

D) Automated Collection (Usage Data)

We automatically collect technical data, including IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and "Clickstream" data (how you navigate the app) via Google Analytics and internal logging.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, and improve our AI Agent logic.

  • •No AI Training: Flowbird Inc. does not use your proprietary User Content or product data to train our internal AI models or those of our third-party providers.
  • •Internal Improvement: We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our platform's performance and UI/UX.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide a high-quality AI-native experience, we share specific data with the following categories of providers:

  • •Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • •AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI
  • •Payment Processing: Stripe
  • •Analytics & Feedback: Google Analytics and Userback

5. AI Content Generation and Agents

Flowbird AI uses AI agents to autonomously generate content and insights based on your inputs.

  • •Informational Purpose: These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for decision-making. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying all AI-generated content.
  • •Human-in-the-Loop: We do not use AI agents to make "significant decisions" that have a legal or life-altering effect on users (such as determining creditworthiness, employment eligibility, or healthcare access). Our tools are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it.

6. Inputs to AI Agents / Chat Interfaces

When you interact with AI agents or AI chat features, we collect the inputs you provide — including product ideas, questions, prompts, and other content — to generate AI responses.

  • •Processing: These inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating relevant output.
  • •No External Training: We store this information securely and use it to improve the quality of responses and enhance platform functionality. We do not use this data to train external models.

7. Your Rights and Data Retention

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon account termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or tax purposes.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following specific rights:

  • •Right to Know/Access: You may request a list of the categories of personal information we collect and the third parties with whom we share it.
  • •Right to Delete & Correct: You may request the deletion of your data or the correction of inaccurate info.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, including encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms (such as Google Cloud) that maintain rigorous physical and environmental security controls.
